Terms of Service

Effective date: July 24, 2026

1. What OnTime is

OnTime is a workforce and project management service for construction and exterior-finishing contractors. It provides crew check-in, work-hour tracking, daily and weekly reporting, material and delivery tracking, equipment logs and quality control.

2. Accounts

Accounts are issued by the company that deploys OnTime, using an invitation code. You may not share your account or password. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell your manager or support@ontime.management immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

4. Your employer's role

Where your employer deploys OnTime, your employer decides what work data is recorded, who can see it, and how long it is kept, consistent with employment and payroll law. Disputes about your hours, pay or assignments are between you and your employer; we can correct technical errors but we do not adjudicate employment matters.

5. Content you submit

You keep ownership of photos and text you submit. You grant your employer and us the licence needed to store, display and process that content in order to operate the service. Work records created in the course of employment belong to your employer.

6. Availability

We aim to keep OnTime available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network failures and force-majeure events can interrupt access. Keep a fallback way to record hours if a job depends on it.

7. Price

The mobile app is free to download. Access requires an account provided by a subscribing company. There are no in-app purchases and no advertising.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost project time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Suspension and termination

Your employer may deactivate your account when your role changes or your employment ends. We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the service. You may stop using the app at any time; see Delete your account and data.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the effective date above will change.
