Chats and paper
Practice times went out in group chats and scrolled away. Attendance was a list at the mat, or nothing at all.
My son wrestles at a club in Calgary. When I looked at what clubs actually use, I found pieces: the schedule in one place, payments in another, and every kid's progress in the coach's head. So I built one app for all three.

Parents asked the coach one by one. The answer lived in his head.
E-transfers came with random notes, and someone had to match each one to a family.
The first version was a start page and a few tabs, each for a different person. Then it grew with the club.
Practices with athlete check-in. Skill standards and each athlete's progress over time. A scoreboard with live scoring, including voice commands. Leagues, dual meets and tournaments.
Athletes see daily progress and write a self-review next to the coach's. Parents see the child's progress, the schedule, camps, membership and payments.
Camps paid online at checkout. Interac e-Transfers are matched to the right family automatically, even one transfer for two kids or a tournament entry fee.
use the app, and the next goal is 1,000.
pilot clubs have run practices, check-ins and payments in it every week.
The coach no longer checks e-transfers by hand. The app matches them to families.
Wrestling, judo, BJJ, boxing or another club sport. If your week leaks time in group chats, paper attendance and payment matching, let's talk for 30 minutes.
