Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the website ontime.management/agency (and its pages /siding/, /clubs/, /ru/, /ru/bot/, /ru/brigady/) collects, why, and what you can do about it. The apps I build for clients (OnTime, Wrestling Tracker and others) have their own privacy policies published in the App Store and Google Play.
1. Who is responsible

2. What I collect
Contact form and messengers
When you send the form, write to the Telegram bot, WhatsApp or email, I receive what you enter: your name, email, phone or Telegram handle, your message and the package you selected, plus the page you sent it from and the advertising parameters in its address (utm_*). This is used only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal.
Analytics
Visits are counted with a self-hosted GoatCounter instance. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and keeps only aggregated data: page, referrer, country, screen size, browser type.
Advertising measurement
The pages contain the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram ads) and may contain the Google Ads conversion tag. They register that a page was viewed and that a request was sent (a “Lead” event, without the content of your message). Meta and Google may use cookies and device identifiers for this; how they process data is described in the Meta Privacy Policy and the Google advertising policy. You can opt out in your browser settings, in Meta ad settings and Google ad settings.
Server logs
The web server records standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser). They are used for security and troubleshooting and are deleted automatically after 14 days.
3. Why and on what basis
To answer your request and conclude a contract (your request and the steps leading to a contract); to measure whether advertising works (your consent through browser and platform settings, and my legitimate interest in running a small business). I follow Canada's PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA; for visitors from the EU and UK, the GDPR applies.
4. Who else sees the data
Requests arrive in my Telegram bot and email (Google). Advertising events go to Meta and Google. No data is sold or passed to anyone else. Service providers process data on their own servers, which may be outside Canada.
5. How long I keep it
Requests and correspondence: until the request is closed, and at most 24 months after the last contact, unless we sign a contract. Server logs: 14 days. Aggregated analytics: indefinitely, it contains no personal data.
6. Your rights
You can ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent. Write to borysiukartem55@gmail.com; I reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Alberta Information and Privacy Commissioner.
7. Security, children, links
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on a server with restricted access. The site is not intended for anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their data. Links to the App Store, Google Play, Telegram and client products lead to third-party sites with their own policies.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
